Refund Policy

Airemploy offers refunds on a case-by-case basis for employers. We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, and we want to be fair to our customers.

If you are an employer, you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You are unable to post your job opening due to a technical issue.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the candidates who apply to your job opening.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following documentation:

  • A screenshot of your job posting.
  • A list of the candidates who applied to your job opening, along with their resumes and cover letters.
  • An explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your request and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

To prevent abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe that you are requesting a refund for fraudulent or other illegitimate reasons. We also limit the number of refunds that an employer can request within a given period of time.
